July 1985 - Present:  Bratton Appraisal Group LLC


  • Private fee appraisal establishing market value of residential properties for mortgage  lending purposes. 

  • Actively involved in the valuation of a variety of owner occupied homes and recreational properties in Bend.

October 1981 - July 1985:  Western Appraisals and Surveys  

 

  • Private fee appraisals - residential, commercial and agricultural. 

  • Appraiser on statewide rental study performed for the Department of Interior, involving 25 cities in Oregon and cities in Washington.

  • Commercial and residential property appraiser for County-wide reappraisal in Clearwater County, Idaho. 

  • Grafted charts and aided in determining local cost modifier, depreciation schedules and appropriate land values for all commercial properties in Clearwater County.

 





June 1979 - May 1981:  Western Appraisals and Surveys


  • Appraising commercial farm tracts in the reappraisal of Idaho County, Idaho.

  • Fielded and determined fair market value for several FNMA appraisals in Lewis County, Idaho. Supervised five employees in the absence of immediate supervisor.

  • Collected and verified site data, lot dimensions and legal descriptions for the King County farmland preservation program in Seattle, Washington.
