Residential Appraiser/Manager. Appraisal of single family residential, recreational and acreage properties. Real Estate valuation through cost, income and market analysis. Field inspections, market research, data compilation and report preparation. Small acreages and hobby specialty in three Central Oregon Counties. Prepare approximately 200 appraisal reports annually.
Idaho Department of Lands, Craigmont, Idaho. May 1980 to April 1987.
Resource Manager: Wildfire Management; Timber Harvest, Hazard Management, and Erosion Control planning, inspections and administrations. Presuppression, suppression, and prevention for wildfire activities. Supervise, plan and support initial attack and long term fire operations. Oversee logging operations, cleanup, forest practices compliance on 1 million acre district.
